Does partnership include the household or only the named person?Your household is included when you partner with Roar House Ministry and are welcome to join the prayer calls.

Will the Zoom calls be recorded?Yes. They are sometimes shared in the partnership groups.

How do I join Roar House Partners Facebook group?When you complete your subscription for partnership, you will receive an email with a link to join ROAR House Partners Facebook private group. This email will also provide the password which you will need to enter on the Facebook group membership questions.

How do I cancel my partnership?You can cancel your partnership anytime. Go to "My Subscriptions" located in your account which can be found in the upper right of the roar.house site. You will have to be logged into your account to find your information.

I received a notification that my payment failed for partnership. How do I edit my credit card information?If an automatic payment fails, you will need to change your credit card information in your account under "My Wallet". You can add and remove cards.

How do I change my credit card information?You can update your credit card by going into your account. There you will find "My Subscriptions" Click on the subscription you want to change and you will find a link to edit your credit card information. There is also a wallet where you can change other charges coming in through your account. (Here is an example of an account screenshot on a laptop.)

What social media outlets do I have to have for Partnership?Zoom is utilized for the prayer calls and meetings. The link to join can be find on the ROAR House Partners private Facebook page and ROAR House Partners private group on roar.house groups. The Zoom calls are recorded through YouTube.

How do I join the roar.house ROAR House Partners private group?When you complete your subscription for partnership, you will be automatically accepted into the ROAR House Partners group on the roar.house website. You can find the groups by selecting the three menu bars in the upper left of the roar.house site and selecting "Join" for the group. You will have to be logged into your account to get in the group.

What if I miss a lesson, can I still access it?All lessons are available throughout the 8 weeks. The weekly Zoom meetings will be recorded and posted within the mentorship group for those who couldn't attend. After each quarter ends, you will have access to all course material in the Mentorship Library. You will be given a password at the end of the quarter.

I don't know if I can afford mentorship, do you take payments?We never want finances to hold you back from joining mentorship. You can pick a weekly payment option and we offer sponsorship to assist (thank you to all who give generously so we can do this). If you find you are in need of a sponsorship, please contact us for the next steps. We believe that you invest in what is important to you, and that if the Lord has led you to mentorship, He will provide. We also know we are all at different places in life and our journey of faith. We encourage you to pray and ask the Holy Spirit how much He is wanting to grow your faith as you sow into your spiritual growth!

How do I change my credit card information for my payment?You can update your credit card by going into your account. There you will find "My Subscriptions" Click on the subscription you want to change and you will find a link to edit your credit card information. I'm in mentorship and I have questions...where do I go?We want to make sure we answer all of your questions. You will find communication information in the syllabus.

I purchased Mentorship, where do I find the class material?Once you are logged in, you will see your account in the top right corner. (For the mobile website, click on the three bars on the top right and then you will see your account on the top of the menu.) You can find your Mentorship material in your account under “My Programs” or select “Mentorship” in the menu and select your course. Mentorship can also be found in the Spaces app. Your syllabus will contain links and other information to further direct you.

What happens after I register for Mentorship?After applying for Foundation Restoration Mentorship there is an interview process. Upon acceptance, registration information is emailed with next steps on how to enroll.

Will there be a class syllabus and can it be accessed before the course starts?There will be a syllabus provided before the course begins.

Are there required books to read and are they provided?There are books that will be followed in the teachings. There is at least one required each quarter and also books that are highly recommended. The book information will be provided before each quarter for you to purchase. Roar.house has a bookstore with affiliate links to purchase the mentorship books.

How do I sign up for mentorship?Mentorship starts in January of each year. Applications are accepted starting in the fall. Applications are emailed to those which have filled out the mentorship interest form found on www.roar.house/mentor-interest.

How long is Mentorship?Foundation Restoration Mentorship is broken down into 4 quarters over a year and include: Quarter I: Build Your House On the Rock Quarter II: Be Set Free Quarter III: Holy Spirit Quarter IV: Equipping Each Mentorship quarter will have 8 weeks of lessons. After completing Foundation Restoration Mentorship Quarters I-IV, there is an opportunity to interview for Deeply Rooted which is a year long mentorship.

If you fail to get this changed within the grace period then your access to mentorship will be paused. You will need to change your credit card information in your account under "My Wallet". You can add and remove cards or in "My Subscriptions".

What does the commitment to Mentorship look like?The quarter's 8 lessons are released weekly. The material includes videos, study manuals, and questions. There are live Zoom meetings weekly that are highly recommended to get the most out of mentorship. They will be recorded for mentees to watch if they were unable to attend. There are books each quarter which are required or highly recommended for purchase to follow along with the lessons.

How do I log back into the site after creating my account?You can log in by clicking "Log In" on the website. For mobile, click on the three bars for the menu and then you will see "Log In". When logging back into the site, you will need to scroll below the contact information fields to find "Already a member? Log In". Here you can log in with Google, Facebook, or with the email you used to create the account.
